How nice it is to finally be able to eat dairy without a worry. Just one pill a day is all it takes. It's a problem only when I forget to take it, but once a day isn't too hard to remember.

This product works well. It is so much easier to take one tablet each morning rather than a tablet each time I eat something with lactose. Automatic delivery from Amazon keeps me stocked (and saves a little bit of money, too)

The convenience of only having to take one tab once a day can't be overstated. I used to have to keep a dozen or so regular lactose intolerance tabs with me at all times, and packing for vacations meant taking a large box of them. Being able to take one tab each morning and knowing I don't to even think about effects of milk products is great!

I had such a bad reaction to dairy, even the lactose free ones that I had to completely give up all dairy!! The lactose pills didn't work for me either. My mash potatoes were even mashed with the potato water, a little bland to say the least. But now the sky is the limit on dairy products!! It took about a month to get into my system really well, but now I eat my favorite ice cream, puddings made with REAL milk,cheese, and the sooooo missed chocolate milk with breakfast and my mashed potatoes are back to their great flavor and creamy!! Who knew one pill a day could do such wonders!! And many thanks to Amazon for making it affordable!!
Does this really work? Can you eat pizza again? December 21, 2008
I have been lactose intolerant for 13 years and gave up on pizza, cheese, milk products. Lactaid tablets and lactaid milk didn't work for me. I followed the directions EXACTLY and was able to eat cheese and dairy without problems. I didn't realize it was working until I forgot to take it for a week, ate my normal food and got very ill. So now I am on the regular auto ship plan! Well work $7.00 a month!! Helps me digest other foods previously I had problems with.
