Not quite a mandoline January 7, 2009
Kuhn Rikon Mandoline set
I bought this set thinking it would be great storage saver but still give me the flexibility of a true mandoline. I tried it once, and found it's use to be more like a grater. There were no adjustments to change the size of what your slicing. So if you want more of a grater that takes up less space this might work for you. But, definitly, not as a mandoline.
