Crafted from a blend of materials, this 10-inch-diameter deep skillet from Farberware offers the excellent conductivity of aluminum with the convenience of a nonstick interior. The pan features highly polished 2-1/4-inch sides with a slight slope--great for cooking cornbread or frying meats. Oven-safe to 350 degrees F, the pan requires little oil during cooking, releases food with minimal sticking, and cleans up easily. Its comfortable phenolic handle is stoutly riveted, stays cool during stovetop use, and sports a hanging ring. I was so impressed with the quality of this pan, compared to the more expensive ones I own. It is so easy to cook omelets, hashbrowns, crepes, and all my families other favorite dishes. The clean up is virtually painless too. This pan will last a very long time due to its fine construction and durability.
I'm so very pleased and plan on purchasing other sizes as well.

Very good non-stick surface and easy clean. I have used it a dozen times now and it's working great and no scratches. As long as you take care of it and no accedents happen it should last many years. Good price on such a great pan.

I didn't expect it to last for a year, but it did last over an year! It looks cheap, but really useful! Be sure only use no more than the hi heat. This will help your skillet to last longer and you will eat less teflon. The nonstick surface is still nice with only few light utensil marks. One reason I like about this skillet is that it's a little deeper than most of the skillet. That allows me to stir fry easily! The pan is actually smaller than 10", about 9.5". All Farberware's 10" skillets have the same shape and use the same cover!

Great pan ! Cook evenly, and you need very little spray or oil.
Cleans very easily. I would highly recommend this pan.
